Annie and Harrison recently wed at The Continental Sorrento, and it was the perfect day! Not only because the sun was shining and the weather gods were on our side, but because Annie & Harry couldn’t wipe the smiles off their faces from the moment they saw one another down the aisle.

Guests watched as Annie, a vision of grace in her fitting, elegant wedding gown, walked down the aisle to meet Harrison, who stood waiting with a look of pure joy on his face. His sister was their Celebrant for the day, which was a nice touch and emotions filled the room when she told their story. Upon exchanging vows – they looked at each other with a kind of love that transcends words, a perfect blend of friendship, respect, and passion. Planning elements of your day for special and personalised is always a nice touch to your wedding planning!
As the evening wore on, the celebration continued with heartfelt speeches, laughter, and dancing. It was evident to all guests present that their love story was a testament to finding your soulmate and cherishing that connection for a lifetime. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room when the speeches were made, and they finished the night with their first dance.
Their wedding at the Continental Hotel in Sorrento, on the Mornington Peninsula, was a celebration of love, family, and the timeless bond they share. Classic, happy, and completely in love, Annie and Harrison’s wedding day was so special to be a part of, and I am grateful they chose me and my team to document it in a way that it deserves to be told.
I am so excited to share the video, I had Murray document the day for the Blossom brand, and I was so thankful to him. He is going to be a part of many more weddings to come, and is a great asset to my team. Not only do we work well together, but he has the same approach as me when it comes to communicating with the couple, guiding the couple and documenting the moments as they unfold. We do step in for some direction where needed, but it is with care, kindness and patience.
